Rae Brown served in two branches Army and Air Force is taking the Organizational Lead. Rae was the West Central Director. For Conway, Russellville and surrounding areas. She is the Lake Dardanelle Fishing with Heroes Chairman and all around good cook.
Rae brings exceptional fundraising and organizational skills that will continue the growth and progress of the AFF. Rae reports to our Board of Directors. Program directors fall under the CEO and should be contacted for their respective programs as appropriate. The AFF Chaplain
Chaplain Randy Lee Stafford is from Argyle, TX. He recently moved to Ward, AR. He is a 3rd Generation US Army Military Police Veteran. He joined the Army in 1983 at the age of 18 serving a total of 27 years. He was discharged from service as a service-connected disabled veteran. He studied at the Dallas Theological Society and was ordained as a Chaplain on May 8th, 2020. He has been very active in the Veteran of Foreign Wars with his activism in veteran suicide prevention.

Anthony Smith Sr. US Army Veteran. Anthony works the Northeast sections including Blytheville, West Memphis and Jonesboro.
An AFF member since its inception Anthony has been competing in Martial Arts around the globe and he holds a World Ranking. He has attained the rank of Grand Master in Karate. He owns his dojo in Blytheville AR. Anthony provides motivational speaking engagements and demonstrations for schools, civic groups and travels extensively throughout the US defending his world championships.
